Estate Planning for Parents and me
This year I finally prioritized planning my estate and that of my parents. I sought out Pablo Palomino because he is bilingual and because of his volunteer work. I wanted to support someone who supports our community. I anticipated the process to be daunting but Pablo, and his highly skilled team, did a great job of painlessly walking me through a comprehensive plan, proactively researching and correcting some abnormalities on my property title, and delivering a full package including a revocable living trust, will, power of attorney, health directive and more. We brought in my parents the following week and Pablo and team made them feel very welcome and they left feeling a great sense of relief that their house was now in order. I recommend Pablo and his Legacy team for their customer service, competency and final product. Their price was fair, their offices are right off the freeway with plenty of parking. Come as you are.

Attorney Palomino did an excellent job revoking a trust and drafting a new trust that was in line with my 80 something year-old mom's wishes. My primarily Spanish speaking mom met privately with Attorney Palomino and he and my mom defined the scope of the new trust. My mom has been a victim of elder abuse at the hands of some adult children. Attorney Palomino went above and beyond to get the abusers to back off, even after local law enforcement did nothing when my 80 something yr-old mom was locked out of her house. Attorney Palomino, not the police, helped my mom get keys to the new locks that the abusers installed on my mom's house doors. Now, Adult Protective Services is monitoring my mom's well-being.

Knowledgeable, Trustworthy and Kind
When I think about my experience setting up a trust with Pablo and his team, these are the words that come to mind: knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind. He knows what he's doing and has an undeniable passion for the law. You can trust that he and his team are going to do what you need. Great Quality Work
I needed estate planning assistance and a trust drawn up ASAP a couple weeks before heading out of the country. I know many estate planning attorneys, but I chose to work with Pablo to create our family's living trust because of his vast knowledge, expertise, and his ability to communicate complex legal terms in plain English. Experienced, thorough, kind, 5 Star Service!
Pablo was recommended to me by various people who did not know each other. When my wife and I went to see him, we realized why he came highly recommended. Trusted Pablo with important life decision
When the time came to protect our legacy with a trust we knew Pablo was the best person to help guide us. He approached everything very professionally and my wife and I left our consultation with confidence that we would be in a much better position should either of us find ourselves facing the unexpected by placing out assets in a trust. Most Impressive: Candid, Thorough, Creative, Understanding
I recently consulted with Sr. Palomino on a complicated family law/contract/estate planning hybrid matter.
